In the episode, Ki Su-jong (Ha Jung-woo) insists that Jeon Yi-kyung (Jung Soo-jung) did not abduct Gi Dara (Park Seo-kyung).
On the 12th, tvN aired an episode of How to Become a Building Owner in Korea in which Ki Su-jong (Ha Jung-woo) wakes from a nightmare.
Min Hwal-seong (Kim Jun-han) rouses him, and Ki describes it as an awful dream. As he tries to recount what he saw, Min bursts out laughing. Kim Seon (Im Soo-jung) snaps at him—"Are you really blameless?"—and urges him to pull himself together. Still disoriented, he wakes up again.
He opens his eyes in a hospital and is told by Go Ju-ran (Lee Joo-woo) that he must cooperate with the police investigation. Ki also learns that Min Hwal-seong has died. When Go Ju-ran asks why they gathered at the Seyoon Building the night before, Ki downplays it: "We just met up."
Ki dismisses the claim that Jeon Yi-kyung (Jung Soo-jung) abducted Gi Dara as a misunderstanding and says there's nothing to worry about. Jeon, meanwhile, admits she did take Gi Dara but insists she had no harmful intent. She demands that Ki be held accountable, accusing him of orchestrating the whole incident.
