Kim Nana’s (Lee Mi-sook) storyline delivered a weighty emotional beat. When Park Man-jae (Kang Seok-woo) discovers her illness, Kim Nana breaks down in tears. The three sisters, learning belatedly about their grandmother’s condition, find a wedding dress and letters she had prepared for them and break into sobs.
