Gugus, a pre-owned luxury platform, is running a consignment-fee discount promotion through the 31st of next month. Customers who consign 10 or more clothing or shoe items will receive a 20% discount on consignment fees.
According to Gugus, the pre-owned luxury market registers its highest shopping activity in spring, with selling requests peaking in March and April.
Gugus reports that roughly 75% of consigned items—exposed to its nationwide premium customer base across online and offline channels—sell within about a month on average.
The promotion was launched to give shoppers doing seasonal closet cleanouts a faster, more efficient way to sell. Reflecting a recent shift in interest from bags toward categories like clothing and shoes, Gugus has significantly reduced consignment fees for those items.
Customers who want to consign can arrange it via online consultation through the Gugus app or website, or drop off items at any of the company's 26 directly operated stores nationwide.
