TWICE's Chaeyoung released a photo spread featuring Nike's Air Max Dn8.
In University Red, she wears a red dress; in Laser Fuchsia, she pairs a casual jacket with a skirt. Mostly, the spread highlights Chaeyoung styling the Nike Air Max Dn8 in a range of looks.
In the interview accompanying the shoot, Chaeyoung said, "Style matters these days. I used to prioritize comfort, but how you dress can really change the mood of the day. Even a small effort seems to shift your attitude."
Asked what she values more than style, Chaeyoung said "a sense of agency." "I like it when someone shows agency — it feels like an essential quality for creators," she said. "I've been working a lot lately. Where I used to spend about 2 hours in the studio, I sometimes stay for up to 12 hours now."
On the keyword "perfection," Chaeyoung said, "I think of old classics and certain past runway shows. Rather than inventing something completely new, we tend to borrow from that era and reinterpret it. When I think of that original form, it feels 'perfect.'"
Meanwhile, the Air Max Dn8 is Nike's first model to extend Dynamic Air technology across the entire foot, delivering a sensation that feels like walking on air. Like last year's Air Max Dn, it features a dual-pressure air unit that lets air circulate freely between tubes with every step.
