This event is considered one of the most influential in China’s textile-fabric sector.

The exhibition was organized with support from authoritative institutions—including the China Keqiao Construction Management Committee in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City; Zhejiang China Keqiao Group; the Chinese government; and various industry associations—to create a central platform for the development and cooperation of Asia’s textile-fabric industry.

Keqiao, the world’s largest textile trade cluster, is home to China Keqiao Textile City, the largest specialized textile market on the planet. That market’s annual transaction volume tops 400 billion CNY (about 56 billion USD), representing roughly one-quarter of global textile-material trade.

Organizers say 2025 is a pivotal year for Keqiao as it advances its ambition to become a modern international textile city.

Keqiao plans to modernize market purchasing methods to boost China Keqiao Textile City’s total transaction volume by more than 10%. It also aims to cultivate creative design talent to elevate the textile-fabric industry—pushing it toward higher-end products, stronger fashion appeal, and clearer branding. Further, Keqiao intends to lead on technology, fashion, and green initiatives to inject fresh momentum into the global textile sector.
