[MyDaily = Reporter Kim Dohyung] Hwasa just shared a casual peek into her daily life.
On the 2nd, she posted a short video to her social account with the caption, "I opened my bag for the first time in a while."
In the new clip, Hwasa strolls through a narrow lane in downtown Hong Kong with easy confidence. She stood out in a simple yet striking outfit—a red halter top, light-wash denim jeans, and black heels. Even the offhand way she shaded her eyes with one hand gave the footage a campaign-worthy, editorial feel.
What really grabbed attention was her sleek silhouette. Sharp shoulders, a narrow waist, and clean arm lines showcased a toned, lean figure. The bold styling paired with that sculpted look made for a striking visual.
Fans flooded the comments with reactions like, "She's literally skin-and-bones," "Her proportions are unreal," and "She looks like she's walking a runway even when she's just walking."
Meanwhile, on the 9th of last month Hwasa released a new single titled "So Cute," a dreamy, languid track that's been drawing a lot of attention.
She also addressed the "skin-and-bones" label linked to her dieting. On the 14th of last month she appeared on MBC FM4U's Noon's Hope Song with Kim Shin-young. DJ Kim expressed concern, saying, "You look so thin these days—it breaks my heart."
Hwasa responded honestly, explaining, "I may be skinny, but I have muscle," and talked openly about her current health. She added that when she was chubbier she actually felt less healthy, stressing that overall body condition matters more than the number on a scale.
She also shared a bit about her current meal plan: "I've been cooking sous-vide chicken breast, and it's been coming out so tender. I eat it for my diet—it's so soft I end up eating only that."
