Incheon Tourism Organization said on May 9 that most time slots for the Sky Observatory at “The Sky184,” which opened the afternoon of May 7, were already fully booked for the afternoon of May 8 and for the weekend of May 9–10.

The observatory sits 184 meters (604 ft) above the sea and was recognized by Guinness as the world’s highest sea-bridge observation deck. Visits are limited—just 10 sessions per day with 20 people in each—so the most popular times this month are already sold out.

Visitors who toured the observatory on May 7–8 praised the breathtaking combination of the Cheongra and Yeongjong International City skyline meeting the Yellow Sea, telling the Incheon Tourism Organization they were impressed by the views.

Starting May 15, the new “Edge Walk” experience is expected to be a major draw. Participants don safety gear and walk outside along the bridge’s pylon, 184 meters (604 ft) above the water, for a truly adrenaline-pumping perspective straight down.

The 90-minute Edge Walk tour (including the observatory) costs 60,000 KRW (approximately $45.00 USD). Incheon residents receive a 50% discount.

The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority plans to attract visitors by offering free facilities at the Cheongra Haneul Bridge, including a seaside observatory, waterfront areas, and a traveler center. It will also stage programs that use the waterfront space, such as live music, yoga and running events, and nighttime media installations.
