The AI guide was available on the county’s official website from the 9th through the 12th of the festival, letting users check event schedules, parking information, and nearby dining and lodging options in real time. It also offers multilingual support to make the experience easier for international guests.

Officials say the service should cut wait times for phone inquiries and at on-site information booths, while giving visitors 24/7 access to the information they need right from their phones.
The county also plans to analyze the user-question data the AI gathers to understand visitor needs and use those insights to shape future festival planning and promotional strategies.
A county official described the AI guide as “the first attempt to use intelligent information technology,” adding, “We will expand its use to other events based on the results.”
