A nonstop flight connecting Incheon and Montreal returns this summer. Air Canada said on the 22nd it will operate the Incheon–Montreal route seasonally, four times a week from June 5 through Oct. 23. This will be the route’s third summer season—it's become established thanks to steady summer demand.
Montreal is one of Air Canada’s key hubs, offering connections to major Canadian cities like Toronto, Ottawa and Quebec City, as well as U.S. East Coast destinations including Boston, New York and Washington, D.C. In summer the city comes alive with major cultural events such as the Montreal International Jazz Festival. Food lovers will find plenty to love too—Jean-Talon Market and a lively restaurant scene make Montreal a standout summer destination.
Along with the route restart, Air Canada is rolling out service upgrades. This summer the airline will introduce the new A321XLR and, for the first time on a single-aisle aircraft, outfit Signature Class with lie-flat seats. The "Glowing Hearted" cabin design concept, unveiled at the Hamburg Aircraft Interiors Expo in April, will debut on this model. With the start of Boeing 787-10 operations, Air Canada will also introduce the Signature Plus Suite. New lounges at Montreal and Vancouver airports have opened, featuring locally inspired food and beverage options and dedicated spaces for relaxing and working.
Jang Eun-seok, head of Air Canada Korea, said, "Montreal offers a variety of cultural events and culinary experiences in the summer, and we'll continue to make our North American routes more convenient for travelers."
