With Japan's Golden Week overlapping China's Labor Day, this May holiday stretch has turned into prime travel time for South Korea. On May 1, groups of international tourists flowed through the arrivals hall at Incheon International Airport, following their guides' directions.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism estimates that 80,000–90,000 Japanese visitors and 100,000–110,000 Chinese visitors will head to South Korea during the holiday period. (Yonhap)
