(The CEN News / Reporter An Seoyeon) Singer Yoon Jong-shin will unveil his new song "Past Days" (Korean title: Jinan Nal) in the April issue of Monthly Yoon Jong-shin on April 28.
The track captures the love and memories that have helped him endure the passage of time. It has drawn attention because Yoon revisits feelings he first felt 21 years ago and reinterprets them from a contemporary perspective.
"Jinan Nal" reimagines a song that previously appeared on the soundtrack of the film Sister Is Going, updated here as a 2026 version. The lyrics delicately portray a protagonist who, as they age, looks back on the brilliant moments of their past.
About the song, Yoon said, "While preparing the release, I edited and added lyrics. I can genuinely relate to it now—so much so that it reflects my current thoughts." He added, "I used to write many lyrics that anticipated aging, but this song, even though I wrote it 21 years ago, feels more fitting for me now." His candor underscored the song's emotional authenticity.
Through the song, the musician aims to convey that even if the passionate loves of youth once seemed meaningless, their urgency and sincerity ultimately helped shape who he is today.
Meanwhile, "Jinan Nal" will be available on major streaming platforms beginning at 6 p.m. on April 28.
