Bolbbalgan4 will release a new single, "Find You," on April 22. It's the group's first new music in a year and a half since the October 2024 single "Bloom," and their first release under their new label, Kenbus.
The single features three tracks, each with its own distinct mood. Ahn Ji-young participated in both the lyrics and composition for every song, strengthening the release's artistry. The title track, "Find You," is Bolbbalgan4's fresh take on a spring carol — a heartfelt message that, "If some corner of your heart feels cold this spring, Bolbbalgan4 hopes to come back to you and be a warm spring."
Track 2, "Beautiful Goodbye," pairs Ahn with hitmaker composing team THE HUB as she explores a new style. Track 3, "Take Me to Spring!," teams her with tasteful producer Gureum to create a sonically fresh piece. The three tracks blend their distinct colors naturally and raise anticipation for what comes next.
Ahn's signature emotional sensibility, which has carved out its own niche, takes on a more refined sound in "Find You." Understated arrangements and carefully layered melodies and emotional arcs make clear her focus on sincerity rather than spectacle.
Renowned for translating everyday feelings into her own language and connecting with listeners, Bolbbalgan4 will share another sincere offering with "Find You" on April 22.
