[SPOTV News—Reporter Jeong Hye-won] South Korean group Tomorrow X Together (TXT) made a notable showing on the U.S. Billboard charts.

On April 28, Billboard published its latest chart dated May 2, placing TXT’s eighth mini-album, 7TH Year: When the Wind Stopped in the Thornbush for a Moment, at No. 3 on the Billboard 200.

TXT has now placed 13 releases on that chart. Remarkably, eight consecutive albums released in Korea have reached the Top 5, highlighting the group’s global influence.

The mini-album also debuted at No. 1 on both the Top Album Sales and World Albums charts. Ahead of the release, the group had said at a showcase that they were aiming for a No. 1 on Billboard.

The title track, "One More Day a Day," rose to No. 2 on the World Digital Song Sales chart and reached No. 167 on the Global (excluding U.S.) chart, marking its second consecutive week on that list.

On domestic television music programs, TXT’s title track collected five wins, completing a so-called "grand slam."
