[EPN Enpinow reporter Go Nari] Yoo Jin-seok has been cast in KBS1's new daily drama Our Happy, Good Day.
The series premieres on the 30th and follows a seemingly perfect man and an endearingly imperfect woman as they navigate family life across multiple generations.
Yoo portrays Seo Seung-woo, a character who becomes closely entwined with the principal cast and plays a central role in driving the story forward.
His agency, Studio Blossom, said Yoo's nuanced emotional range and assured performances should deepen viewers' engagement with the series.
Having steadily built his résumé across a range of projects, Yoo is expected to show a fresh side of his craft through a layered interpretation of the role.
Directed by Lee Jae-sang and written by Nam Sun-hye, Our Happy, Good Day features a cast that includes Yoon Jong-hoon, Uhm Hyun-kyung, Jung Yoon and Yoon Da-young, who will portray the varied stories of a modern family.
