Specialty coffee shop Paul Bassett has teamed up with bakery brand Mildo to debut four elevated, premium sandwiches.
Each sandwich spotlights Mildo’s signature breads. Using the bakery’s Rich loaf, a toasty rye multigrain loaf with a nutty bite, and a buttery croissant, the collaboration pairs premium ingredients with thoughtful sauces for an elevated, crave-worthy snack.
The launch lineup includes four sandwiches: Aioli Bacon Tomato Sandwich, Basil Chipotle Chicken Breast Sandwich, Tzatziki Egg Sandwich, and Jambon Emmental Croissant Sandwich.
The Basil Chipotle Chicken Breast Sandwich layers tender chicken breast tossed in bright basil pesto and a smoky chipotle sauce on the rye multigrain bread, resulting in a balanced, flavorful bite. The Aioli Bacon Tomato Sandwich stacks crispy bacon and ripe tomato on Mildo’s rye multigrain loaf and finishes with a European-style aioli for a fresh, slightly exotic twist.
