U+tv Mobile consolidates content discovery, information pages, mobile playback, TV–mobile resume and remote-control features into a single app tailored for U+tv subscribers. Users can browse U+tv’s offerings on their phones, stream on mobile, or continue watching on the TV without missing a beat.

Within the app, viewers can access key details for movies, dramas and variety shows—cast lists, release year, cumulative audience numbers, trailers, soundtracks, ratings and reviews—all in one place. Curated sections such as magazine features, rankings and review collections, together with conditional filters, help users find content more efficiently.

Connecting the TV and a mobile device broadens the viewing experience. Content being watched on a phone can be resumed on the TV from the same point, and material started on the TV can be continued on mobile. U+tv plan details, VOD purchase history, and watch and favorites lists are also available in the app.

The app doubles as a remote control, eliminating the need for the physical device. Users can search and browse content on their phones and send it directly to the TV, and they can control U+tv through the app if the remote is misplaced.

U+tv’s live channel lineup has been extended to mobile. Subscribers can view the live schedule, reserve programs they want to watch and receive alerts before broadcasts begin. The app also sends notifications for price drops on favorited titles, new VOD releases and coupon issuance or expiration.

Personal profiles let users manage their watch history. Even when a household shares a U+tv account, individual profiles separate each person’s watched and purchased content, reviews and ratings.

Users can like and comment on reviews to exchange opinions with others. The app combines expert ratings, general user reviews and AI-based persona assessments based on viewing tendencies to help guide content selection.
