Yanolja framed its journey in three stages: Yanolja 1.0 focused on survival and building foundations; Yanolja 2.0 saw explosive growth driven by the mobile shift; and now, at a pivotal moment when AI is fundamentally reshaping industries, Yanolja 3.0 charts the next leap forward. The vision centers on three core values — genuine commitment to customers, technology-led leadership, and operating as One Team — with a promise to use AI to create standout, personalized experiences for travelers.
To put the vision into action, Yanolja reorganized its leadership. Choi Chan-seok was named head of corporate strategy and management, Lee Jun-young will lead the enterprise solutions division, and Lee Cheol-woong will run the consumer platform division. The company says this lineup enhances domain expertise across each business area while enabling tighter, more effective collaboration.
“AI is changing industry standards far more powerfully and much faster than the mobile transition did,” Sujin Lee said. “Our technological innovation aims to make the trips people dream about ten times easier and more convenient. We’ll spread the greater value of happiness that travel brings beyond Korea and into global markets.”
