Global travel-tech company Yanolja unveiled "Yanolja 3.0" as its new growth strategy on its 21st anniversary, laying out mid- to long-term plans to address AI-driven shifts in the travel industry.

On the 10th, Yanolja formalized the Yanolja 3.0 vision, outlining the company’s future strategy and organizational direction. The initiative focuses on responding to structural changes brought by AI and on sharpening Yanolja’s identity as a global travel-tech leader.

Since launching in 2005, Yanolja has expanded from a lodging and leisure platform and played a role in the travel industry's digital transformation. After building its initial foundation with Yanolja 1.0 and shifting to mobile-first services under Yanolja 2.0, the company is now entering a new strategic phase as AI reshapes the sector.

Yanolja 3.0 names customer, technology, and One Team as the core operational values. The company aims to boost competitiveness in the global travel and leisure market by sharpening customer-focused services, driving tech-led innovation, and strengthening cross-team collaboration. Yanolja plans to leverage technology to enhance travel and leisure experiences and to upgrade services for an AI era.

To put the vision into action, Yanolja also adjusted its organizational structure. In December, it established a responsibility-driven management system divided by business units. Choi Chan-seok will lead Corporate (strategy and management), Lee Jun-young will head Enterprise Solutions, and Lee Cheol-woong will oversee the Consumer Platform.

The company said it will deepen expertise within each business area while increasing business synergies through interdivision collaboration.

Lee Su-jin, Yanolja's CEO, said AI is accelerating the pace of change across the industry, and the company will strengthen its capabilities to improve travel and leisure experiences through technology-driven services.
