Tripvitos is offering refunds to customers who booked hotel stays in the Middle East.
The company announced it will issue full refunds, with no cancellation fees, to all customers who had hotel bookings in the Middle East between Feb. 27 and March 31. The policy covers nine countries, including Israel, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
Tripvitos says the move is intended to protect travelers amid ongoing instability in the region and to reduce the uncertainty that comes with changing plans. The company is contacting affected customers individually and guarantees a full refund.
This isn’t Tripvitos’ first time rolling out large-scale refunds — during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company proactively issued major refunds on three separate occasions.
