[TourKorea=Reporter Yoo Kyung-hoon] Seoul has selected ten standout tourism offerings: nine that showcase the capital’s varied appeal and one that creates a Seoul–Yeosu connection.
The City of Seoul and the Seoul Tourism Foundation (CEO Gil Gi-yeon) finalized the winners through the Seoul Outstanding Tourism Products Contest. The chosen experiences span K-drama–inspired tours, esports events, wellness getaways, and after-dark/nightlife offerings.
They also picked a regional, win‑win itinerary linking Seoul and Yeosu tied to the 2026 Yeosu World Islands Expo—an effort aimed at boosting interregional tourism collaboration.
The 2026 Yeosu World Islands Expo runs Sept. 5–Nov. 4 in Yeosu, Jeollanam‑do. The global event will spotlight the cultural, environmental, and marine value of islands from around the world.

The nine operators chosen as Seoul Outstanding Tourism Products providers are Goodmate Travel, Mindfulness Travel, Unique Tour, US Travel, Jeongho Travel, Cosmojin Travel, Premium Pass International, PLK Travel, and Handy Tour. Handy Tour will oversee the Seoul–Yeosu linked product.
Winners will receive a Seoul Outstanding Tourism Products certificate valid for two years, along with OTA promotional opportunities, marketing support, and customer-acquisition incentives of up to 10 million KRW (about $7,500).
They’ll also be members of the Seoul Outstanding Tourism Products Alliance for two years, gaining access to collaboration and networking opportunities with Seoul City, the Seoul Tourism Foundation, and domestic and international tourism industry partners.
Kim Myung-ju, director of Seoul’s Tourism and Sports Bureau, said, “We will actively support these selected tourism products so they can broaden the appeal of Seoul as a destination.”
Gil Gi-yeon, CEO of the Seoul Tourism Foundation, added, “We will help these award-winning products become competitive in the market and will continue strengthening promotion and distribution of Seoul tourism content through diverse collaborative efforts.”
