In downtown Seoul, there’s a trail where you can take in a waterfall and spring blooms in one stroll.

Crowds have been flocking to Yeonhui Forest Rest Area to enjoy the holiday vibe.

We’re going live to the scene now.

Yes — I’m standing at Yeonhui Forest Rest Area in Seodaemun District.

Behind me, about 3,000 cherry trees line the paths.

When a breeze sends a shower of white petals drifting down like confetti, people can’t help but keep snapping photos to capture the moment.

What makes today feel extra special is the “Spring Light Busking.”

Two performances are taking place at Ansan Cherry Blossom Square and Hongje Waterfall Plaza.

The sweet music pairs perfectly with the fully bloomed cherry trees, delighting visitors.

Photo zones and decorative lighting have been set up around the Ansan Herb Garden and the Cafe Waterfall.

At night, soft illumination turns the “night cherry blossoms” into a magical spectacle you can enjoy throughout April.

The trails are gentle, so they’re perfect for visitors of all ages.

The path stretches all the way to Hongje Waterfall, and you’ll see plenty of families strolling with kids.

Before spring slips away, consider a visit to Ansan in Seodaemun to see the blossoms for yourself.
