◆A 'quantum jump' to 1,270 rooms… casino profitability takes flight
Hyatt Regency Incheon opens with 501 rooms, including 34 suites, bringing Paradise City's total to a mammoth 1,270 rooms.
This influx of rooms gives the complex a powerful lever to lift casino drop (the amount customers wager) and drive visitor numbers. It should especially relieve capacity constraints for visitors from Northeast Asia, a key target market.
◆From transit passengers to MICE… filling gaps with 'practical luxury'
The strategy looks to be two-pronged. While the main Paradise City focuses on high-end luxury escapes, Hyatt Regency Incheon leans into practical amenities for both business and leisure travelers, maximizing its geographic advantage as a gateway to Korea.
Located just a 3–5 minute drive from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and 15–20 minutes from Terminal 2, the hotel aims to capture short-stay transit passengers and MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions) demand. To support that, it has built infrastructure to satisfy business and family guests alike, including 12 large banquet and meeting halls and both main and children's pools.
The hotel also revamped four food-and-beverage (F&B) outlets tailored to guest needs: Market Cafe, serving international breakfast; Swell Lounge, a healing-focused lounge; Pool House, a casual dining spot linked to the outdoor pool; and Regency Club, a sky lounge with views over Yeongjongdo.

◆Blending with Paradise City and local infrastructure… more than just lodging
Guests at Hyatt Regency naturally flow to the main Paradise City complex, a five-minute walk away. That proximity lets Regency guests easily access signature entertainment venues—like the upscale wellness spa Cimer and the indoor theme park Wonderbox. The layout is designed to increase overall on-site time and average spend across the resort through a kind of 'trickle-down' effect.
The hotel will also deepen connections with Yeongjongdo’s marine tourism assets—such as Hanagae Beach and Muui Island—and with local K-content infrastructure.
A Hyatt Regency Incheon representative said, "We will provide international travelers with a comfortable, accessible stay and create synergies with the main Paradise City complex. We won't be just a place to sleep; we'll act as a connector linking the local community and global visitors, helping to strengthen Incheon's standing as a global gateway city."
