[Yesan] Yesan County announced that its 2026 Yesan City Tour Bus, which loops through the county’s top attractions, kicked off on the 28th.
From March through May, the spring route stops at Chusa’s Old House, Sudeoksa Temple, the Yedang tourist site and Yesan Permanent Market—perfect for soaking up local history and spring blooms.
The Yedangho Suspension Bridge and Yesan Permanent Market—two perennial favorites—are included on every seasonal route, so visitors won’t miss the county’s must-sees. A cultural tourism guide accompanies the tours and provides in-depth commentary.
For smaller groups, Yesan also offers a tour taxi. Travelers can pick a 6-hour, 8-hour or 10-hour package to match their schedule.
Both the bus and taxi tours are aimed at visitors from outside the county. The bus runs free once a week on Saturdays, and the county subsidizes 50% of the taxi-tour fare—bringing prices to 60,000 KRW (about $45) for 6 hours, 75,000 KRW (about $56.25) for 8 hours, and 90,000 KRW (about $67.50) for 10 hours. Entrance fees, meals and travel insurance are not included.
A county official said, \"We expect the city tour will make it easier for visitors to explore Yesan's main attractions,\" adding, \"We will continue promoting tourism in Yesan through a variety of programs.\"
