SWISS hosted a media roundtable in Seoul on March 30 — the Seoul–Zurich route will launch this summer

On March 30, SWISS hosted a media roundtable in Seoul and confirmed it has deployed its latest Airbus A350 on the Zurich–Seoul route.
At the event, SWISS Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Heike Willenbach introduced the A350 and rolled out \"SWISS Senses,\" the airline's new cabin and service concept making its Korean debut.
The A350 is SWISS's first aircraft with a completely redesigned cabin. Launched globally late last year, SWISS Senses raises the bar for long-haul travel by centering modern Swiss design and passenger comfort. Korea is the first market in Asia to unveil this next-generation premium travel experience.
The new cabin features four classes—First, Business, Premium Economy, and Economy—and is designed to offer more space and privacy, cutting-edge technology, and thoughtful design and service touches to enhance the in-flight experience.
First Class now includes a new Single Suite and a Suite Plus for greater space and privacy. Business Class expands options with five seat types: Classic Seat, Privacy Seat, Extra Long Bed Seat, Extra Space Seat, and Business Suite, giving travelers more ways to customize their journey.
Across all classes, SWISS Senses brings upgraded in-flight service. The cabin's calm ambiance and lighting concept create a consistent, soothing environment throughout the flight. A Human Centric Lighting system helps passengers adapt to time changes and reduce jet lag. Refined menus and service details offer a distinctly Swiss welcome at every touchpoint.
Felipe Bonifati, vice president for the Lufthansa Group's Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Joint Venture East, called the Korea rollout \"an important strategic milestone for our Asia-Pacific business.\" He added that, as the first market in Asia to introduce the Airbus A350, Korea will set the standard for SWISS's premium service expansion.
SWISS is part of the Lufthansa Group and a member of Star Alliance, the world's largest airline network. Operating nonstop routes from hubs in Zurich and Geneva, it links Switzerland and Europe to destinations around the globe.
