Shinsegae Simon is boosting its infrastructure to make shopping more accessible and convenient for international visitors.
On the 10th, Shinsegae Simon announced it partnered with Wondertrip, an inbound travel specialist, to launch a one-day tour to Paju Premium Outlets. It’s the company’s second outlet day trip, following last April’s Yeoju Premium Outlets tour.

The tour departs in the morning from Myeong-dong and Hongdae—neighborhoods popular with international visitors—and takes participants to Paju Premium Outlets for about six hours of shopping, dining and downtime before returning to the original pick-up point. It runs twice weekly, on Mondays and Saturdays. The Yeoju Premium Outlets tour has been expanded from twice a week to three days a week: Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Travelers can book the tour on global platforms Klook and Trip.com, and the company plans to add more sales channels. The fare is roughly ₩15,000 per person (about $11.25). To celebrate the launch, Shinsegae Simon is offering a buy-one-get-one-free promotion and complimentary premium lounge admission for customers.
Shinsegae Simon continues to roll out tailored services to improve access and convenience for foreign independent travelers (FITs). Highlights include a direct route operated by Dongbu Express linking Gangnam’s Seoul Express Bus Terminal with Yeoju Premium Outlets; expanded one-day tour options; acceptance of international mobile payments such as WeChat Pay, Alipay and Line Pay (for Taiwan); and exclusive discount e-coupons for foreign visitors.
