Chungnam Province is launching a Tourism Satisfaction and Visit Chungnam Brand Awareness survey for visitors to the region running from May through September.

Officials say the goal is to gather honest visitor feedback, objectively assess tourism service quality, and use those insights to create a more attractive travel experience.

To make participation easy and ensure robust data, the survey will be offered both online and offline (online and offline).

The online survey will be conducted in two waves—through May 25 and then from June 8 to 22—via the Chungnam Seoro Ieum website. Offline, mobile surveys accessed by QR code will be available at major attractions and festivals across the province from May through September.

The questionnaire includes 39 items across five categories, covering visitor profiles, satisfaction with attractions and amenities, and awareness of the Visit Chungnam brand. The province plans to use the results to refine and strengthen local tourism services.

A provincial official said, "As the Visit Chungnam Year passes the halfway mark, we're on track to reach our goal of attracting 50 million visitors. We'll reorganize our reception capabilities based on the survey findings and deliver high-quality tourism services that match our growth targets, building Chungnam into a premium destination visitors want to return to."
