Fifty Fifty received 6,912 votes during the period to secure first place. ASTRO finished second with 2,896 votes, and Isekai Idol placed third with 2,624 votes.
In the actors category for the fourth week of March, Cha Eun-woo held the No. 1 position for the fifth consecutive week. In the trot category, Kim Yong-bin remained at the top for a 17th straight week, and his song "You Were Yesterday and You Are Today" led the music chart for a 27th consecutive week.
