[EPN Enpinow — Go Nari] Kim Seung-soo and Kim Hyung-mook appear poised to set aside a long-running feud and form an unexpected new on-screen bond.
On March 29, KBS2’s Prescription for Love stages a turning point: Gong Jeong-han and Yang Dong-ik, who have long run on parallel tracks, finally meet over drinks — a scene that hints at a shift in their relationship.
Previously, both men took calculated stances after Cha Se-ri’s video leak. It later becomes clear that much of that posture was performative, designed to keep the other in check, which only intensified the tension between them.
But the stills released ahead of the episode reveal a surprising reversal. The two visit the barbecue joint where Gong Woo-jae works part-time, let down their guard, and engage in an honest conversation that opens the door to reconciliation.
Notably, despite a recent dispute over a move, Gong Jeong-han begins to respond to Yang Dong-ik’s repeated efforts. Yang even stages a surprise gesture that helps thaw the frost between them.
Buoyed by drink, the pair break down barriers and even share a “love shot,” a small ritual that punctuates their rapprochement. A moment of them walking home with their arms around each other suggests the long-running conflict may be over.
Their son, Gong Woo-jae, watches the unexpected reconciliation and smiles warmly at the sight of his two fathers making peace.
Meanwhile, Prescription for Love will air a special marathon of episodes 1–17 at 3:20 p.m., followed by episode 18 at 8 p.m.
